Take-up of office real estate in Milan, Italy 2013-2022
The office real estate sector in Milan, Italy, witnessed a record-high value of take-up in 2022. In that year, approximately 485,000 square meters were transacted, which includes new sales and leases to occupants. Just two years earlier, the annual office take-up had fallen to 289,000 square meters as a result of the coronavirus pandemic paralyzing the country.
