In 2023, according to the results from a survey done in England, approximately 14 percent of respondents decided to contact their practice another time when not being able to get an appointment. While over ten percent of the respondents spoke to a pharmacist or went to A&E. This statistic presents the options individuals consider if they are unable to get a GP appointment or the appointment offered isn't convenient in England in 2023.
