This statistic shows the percentage of millennials who are satisfied with various aspects of their working lives segregated by their expected length of stay with their current employer, based on surveys conducted during September and October 2015 in 28 countries around the world. 88% of those millennials expecting to stay more than 5 years were satisfied with their sense of purpose, compared to 63% of those expecting to leave within the next 2 years. Furthermore, those expecting to stay in their current roles longer are more satisfied across all aspects of their working lives.

Data is based on responses to Deloitte's millennials survey. Of the 7,692 people surveyed 4,300 came from what Deloitte classify as 'emerging markets' while 3,392 people came from 'developed markets'.
