A good work/life balance was considered the most important reason for choosing to work for an organization, obtaining a score of 16.8.

Data is based on responses to Deloitte's millennials survey. Of the 7,692 people surveyed 4,300 came from what Deloitte classify as 'emerging markets' while 3,392 people came from 'developed markets'.
The relative degree of importance was calculated by Deloitte using a metric based on ranking the factors from strongest to weakest.
The question posed was, " For each of the following groups of four, please indicate what would be the strongest reason for choosing to work for an organization and what would be the weakest."
