This statistic shows the percentage of millennials who recorded the various factors as 'very influential' when posed with the question "How much influence do the following factors have when you are making decisions at work?", based on surveys conducted during September and October 2015 in 28 countries. 64% of senior millennials considered their personal values and morals to be very influential on their work-related decision making.

Data is based on responses to Deloitte's millennials survey. Of the 7,692 people surveyed 4,300 came from what Deloitte classify as 'emerging markets' while 3,392 people came from 'developed markets'.
The question posed was, "How much influence do the following factors have when you are making decisions at work?"
Senior millennials refers to millennials who are heads of department and above while junior millennials refers to graduates and junior positions.
