National Theatre attendance in the United Kingdom (UK) 2010-2016
This statistic presents the number of paid attendances at performances by the National Theatre in the United Kingdom (UK) from the financial year 2010/11 to financial year 2015/16. Attendance figures at National Theatre performances more than doubled between 2011/12 and 2014/15. However in the following year 2015/16 attendance dropped to around 2.3 million.

The National Theatre itself is made up of three theater venues in London: the Olivier theatre, the Lytellton theatre and the Dorfman theatre. Although a large proportion of attendance is recorded at these venues, the majority of paid attendances in 2015/16 came from shows performed in the West End and on international tours.
