Share of swimming participants who receive tuition for the sport England 2007-2016
This statistic shows the share of swimming participants in England who received tuition for the sport in the previous 12 months from 2007/2008 to 2015/2016. The survey was conducted via telephone interviews and gathered data from 10,325 adults in England until March 2016. In 2015/2016, it was found that approximately 4.7 percent of swimming participants in England received tuition in the previous 12 months.
