* Nearly 4.55 thousand completed interviews out of the 120 thousand sample drawn from the personal current account holders databank, provided by all major UK banks. Data was weighted to correct oversampling. Of these 4.55 thousand, 4,178 were branch banking users.
* n (18-44) = 1,944; n (45-64) n = 1,485; n (65+) = 749.
