The number of overnight stays in hotels in Barcelona experienced an overall increase in 2022. In that year, August was the month with the highest number of hotel overnights in that Spanish city, surpassing 1.9 million. In comparison to the same month of the previous year, this represents a growth of more than 112 percent.
