This statistic presents results of a survey conducted among enterprises that sold goods and/or services online in other EU countries in France in 2014 and those that used to or tried to do so. It illustrates French companies' level of concern regarding cross-border complaints and disputes resolvings when selling abroad. Over 40 percent of responding companies declared that cross-border complaints and disputes had been a major problem for them.
