The term "internet user" or "onliner" in this statistic applies to all individuals who used the internet in three months prior to the survey.
"Mobile internet user" denotes users who connected to the internet while away from home or their workplace, using a smartphone, cellphone or portable computer (notebook or tablet) and logged on via a mobile connection or wi-fi.
