This statistic illustrates the benefits of buying luxury products in-store according to European luxury consumers as of November and December 2014, split by age. The results of the Deloitte survey showed that between 70 and 80 percent of consumers across each age group believed that seeing and touching a product was one of the main benefits of in-store purchasing.
