The approximate gross value added (GVA) of enterprises in the operation of historical sites and similar visitor attractions in the United Kingdom increased in 2021 and 2022, after shrinking with the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. In 2022, the GVA of such businesses amounted to roughly 210 million British pounds, rising from 190 million British pounds the previous year.
