A share of 0.1 percent of respondents were aware of what connected car services are, but were unsure if their car has these features.

30 percent of respondents answered the survey in writing, 70 percent answered an online panel.
The survey question was posed as follows (translated from German): "Have you heard of cars with integrated services (connected cars)? / Do you already use an integrated service in your car?"
