This statistic illustrates the percentage of complaints to the Financial Ombudsman filed by micro-enterprises (small businesses) regarding the financial services and products offered by the United Kingdom (UK) companies between April 2017 and March 2019. It can be seen that the share of banking complaints filed by small businesses increased overall during the period under observation, reaching a share of over three quarters (79 percent) of all financial services complaints as of 2018/19.
