The survey was fielded online by Harris Interactive in October 2014, asking the respondents who will be most likely to prepare or purchase gluten-free fixes or substitutes for their Thanksgiving dinner. Some 48 percent of U.S. adults indicated that one of their household members will be most likely to prepare or buy gluten-free alternatives for their Thanksgiving meal.
