Alcohol includes beer, cider, wine, fortified wines and alcoholic soft drinks, with the following exceptions:
UK includes beer and cider only.>br>
The Netherlands excludes spirits and pear cider.
France includes punch and cocktails, whereas other countries do not.
Spain excludes alcoholic soft drinks
Market channels used to source data include supermarkets, hypermarkets, plus hard discounters, small self service, impulse outlets and drugstores depending on the region.
