Survey: office space let whilst under construction in London in 2004 and 2014
This statistics presents the comparison of office spaces shares let whilst under construction (prior to completion) in London (UK) in 2004 and in 2014, as of March 2014. In 2004 approximately 64 percent of office spaces were let before completion of the construction phase. In March 2014 this share equalled 45 percent.
