According to a 2024 study, the number of inbound tourist arrivals in the Americas is expected to grow across all regions in that year. After the dramatic decline with the onset of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and the rebound in 2022, inbound overnight arrivals in the Americas are forecast to grow annually by 15 percent in 2024. That year, North American countries are predicted to report the highest figure, with a 15.8 percent increase in inbound visitors.
