Since 2012, Jet2.Com has been able to increase their annual revenue every year. By March 31, 2020, figures reached almost 3.6 billion British pounds. This was seven times more revenue than was generated eight years prior. By comparison, the company’s net profit stood at 107.6 million British pounds in 2020.

The large decline in passenger numbers was caused by the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, commercial airlines in Europe reported net losses amounting to 34.5 billion U.S. dollars in 2020. However, the company showed a resurgence again in 2022, with 9.8 net profit.
