This statistic shows the result of a question from the British Social Attitudes survey which asked what kind of effect, if any, the respondents think immigration has on British culture. The respondents have been split here by migrant heritage. The majority of the first or second generation migrants said that they thought it enriched British culture, whereas the exact opposite can be said of those who had no recent migration background.
