This statistic presents the average annual spending of Amazon Prime and non-Prime members in the United States. During most recently measured survey period ending March 2019, it was found that Prime members spend an average of 1,400 U.S. dollars on the online shopping platform every year, compared to 600 U.S. dollars spending of non-Prime members. During the same period, it was estimated that there were around 103 million Amazon Prime members in the United States. Amazon Prime falls under Amazon's retail subscription service segment, which generated 6.39 billion U.S. dollars in worldwide revenues in 2016.
