Meat market: U.S. consumers' purchase frequency of pork 2015
This statistic presents the results of a survey conducted in November 2015. U.S. consumers were asked how often they buy pork during an average week. During the survey, some 26 percent of respondents stated that they had purchased pork 2 to 3 times a week on average.
