Another Chinese company, Anhui Conch, was in second place that year. Headquarted in Zug, Switzerland, Holcim was the third-largest. They had a capacity of 274 million metric tons that year. Holcim's main competitor, HeidelbergCement, had the fourth-highest cement production capacity that year.
