In 2023, the number of domestic IPOs in China of Chinese enterprises amounted to 313. In contrast to that, the number of overseas listings reached 86. In recent years, more and more Chinese enterprises to list on domestic stock exchanges. The Chinese government attempts to put stricter regulations on companies who want to access overseas capital.
