NKT Group and Nexans are the market leader in terms of export cable supply for offshore wind farms in Europe. Figures were calculated taking into account the number of export cables in new wind farms which were fully completed in 2020. That year, NKT Group and Nexans supplied three such cables each, which brought its market share to 66 percent. In addition, only two competitors also provided export cables to offshore farms in 2020.
