Average sale price of office real estate in China 2012-2022
In 2022, the average cost of office properties in China amounted to more than 14 thousand yuan per square meter. The price increased steeply since 2003 when the average price was below 4,200 yuan per square meter. However, the price rises in office properties did not match the dramatic development of the residential housing market, where average prices increased around 400 percent since 2000.
