Monthly price paid for streaming services in the U.S. 2019

A survey held in September 2019 in the United States revealed that the vast majority of U.S. adults were currently paying between ten and 20 U.S. dollars per month for streaming services like Netflix or HBO Now. A total of 46 percent of respondents reported that this was their currently monthly spend, and 18 percent said that they were paying less than ten dollars per month for their subscription. However, five percent of respondents said that they were paying more than 50 U.S. dollars each month for their streaming service. This is more expensive than many upcoming combined streaming bundles offering consumers multiple services at once.
