In September 2024, about 133.66 million people in the United States were employed on a full-time basis. In line with the definition of the BLS, full-time workers are persons who usually work 35 hours or more per week. Seasonal adjustment is a statistical method for removing the seasonal component of a time series used when analyzing non-seasonal trends, whereas non-seasonally-adjusted reflects the actual current data.
