Estimates are for persons 1-64 years of age and are age-adjusted to the year 2000 standard population using four age groups: 1-17 years, 18-44 years, 45-54 years, and 55-64 years. The disability measure is age-adjusted using the three adult age groups.
Estimates are for persons 65 years of age and over and are age-adjusted to the year 2000 standard population using two age groups: 65-74 years and 75 years and over.
