Between the onset of the war in February 2022 and February 2024, Ukraine received a total of three billion Euros in humanitarian aid from the EU and its member states. Notably, cash assistance constituted 25 percent of this aid. At the same time, essential sectors such as health, shelter, and food accounted for 28 percent of the total humanitarian support provided.
