Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to predict changes in customer behaviors ranked second, mentioned by 59 percent, while social listening to proactively identify shifts in sentiment and behavior rounded up the top three, cited by 58 percent of respondents. According to the same study, nearly two-thirds of CMOs worldwide thought generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) will never replace human imagination.
