In a survey conducted by Milieu Insight on working women in Singapore conducted on April 2024, 41 percent of respondents had a neutral stance on the maternity leave policy in Singapore, while 30 percent stated that they were somewhat satisfied. Singapore's maternity leave policy provides working mothers to either 16 weeks' paid maternity leave, or 12 weeks maternity leave, depending on certain criteria being met.
