This 2023 survey, conducted in Switzerland, showed that overall, Generation Z plans to change employers more quickly than millennials. Around 44 percent of Generation Z respondents stated that they wanted to stay with their current employer for less than two years. Among millennials, more than a third wanted to stay with their current employer for longer than five years.
