In the school year 2012/2013, upper secondary education had a schooling rate of 74 percent, which rose to 90 percent in 2022/2023. During 2021/2022, the school enrollment rate of primary education reached 100 percent. It is noticeable that the higher the level of education, the lower the school enrollment rate.
