In 2023, the value data center asset transactions in the three regions with most mature markets worldwide totaled roughly 7.5 billion U.S. dollars. North America accounted for the largest share of investments, followed by the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The source also adds that investment increased in North America and Europe, by 29 and 76 percent year-on-year, respectively. Conversely, the APAC and Latin America regions witnessed a 26 and 55 percent decline in the transaction value.
