A 2024 survey conducted in Indonesia found that approximately 66 percent of respondents subscribed to special mobile services during Ramadan because they were better suited for the users' communication and media access needs. The same survey also found that more than half of respondents stated they subscribed to special services offered by their operator during the holy month.
