In 2019 and 2021, cancer screening in the United States was generally lower among bisexual adults compared to heterosexual adults, except for with cervical cancer screenings. The largest gap was reported for prostate cancer, with 37 percent of heterosexual men aged over 50 receiving a prostate specific antigen test within the past year, compared to only 25 percent of bisexual men.
