In a study published in 2023, roughly 22 percent of decision-makers at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the UK were willing to pay more for a parcel service provider that follows eco-friendly practices, even though delivery would take longer. However, around 15 percent of respondents employed at an SME disagreed with the statement, and another 20 percent strongly disagreed.
