A survey conducted in 2023 by China's State Post Bureau revealed that express delivery customers in the country were becoming more satisfied with their service providers. Every year, the regulatory authorities in China conduct large-scale online surveys and random tests to monitor the service of the country's major courier companies.
The public's satisfaction scores of express delivery services in China from 2019 to 2023
The monitoring program covers nine express service enterprises, including China Post EMS, SF Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, STO Express, JD Logistics, Deppon Express, and J&T Express.
The survey was conducted in 50 cities, including the municipalities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, 27 provincial capitals, and 19 cities with high express delivery volumes.
