According to a survey on television consumption habits across India in 2023, about 90 percent of the respondents could be reached by a combination of addressable TV and YouTube advertising. Over 60 percent of the ad reach was contributed by addressable TV alone.
Addressable or connected TV (CTV) refers to any television connected to the internet directly, such as smart TVs, or to a device that allows for content to be streamed from the internet, such as Amazon Firestick or gaming consoles. Streaming over-the-top services can be accessed on CTV as well.
