Driven by the growing mobile usage among both the Gen Z and the elderly users, China's mobile internet traffic has been steadily expanding. In December 2023, there were around 1.2 billion monthly active users of mobile internet in China. The userbase recorded stable growth of slightly over two percent throughout the entire 2023.
