According to a 2023 survey conducted among employees in the Asia-Pacific region, close to 70 percent of the respondents indicated that being adaptable or flexible will be an important skill for their careers in the next five years. In comparison, 44 percent of the surveyed employees said that green skills will be significant to their careers in the next five years.
