According to a study conducted between June 2021 and June 2022, Exploit.MSOffice.CVE-2018-0802 were the most common type of exploit kits targeting the internet networks in Italy. Exploit under this name represented 37.4 percent of the total kits targeting Italy in the examined period. Exploit.MSOffice.CVE-2017-11882 attacks made up almost 29.4 percent of the total malware campaigns recorded, while Exploit.Win32.CVE-2011-3402.a made up 14.5 percent of the total attacks in the exploits category recorded in the country.
