In 2023, 24 percent of women aged 60 to 64 in Saudi Arabia had unmet self-reported health issues, compared to 7.2 percent of men in the same age group. Overall, there were more women than men who had untreated health conditions in most age groups. In total, there were 9.5 percent of women with unmet self-reported health conditions, compared to 5.2 percent of men in the country during the same period.
