A January 2024 global survey focused on the impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the exhibition industry. Overall, 80 percent of the sample believed that generative AI will affect sales, marketing, and customer relations. Meanwhile, 37 percent of respondents reported already using AI in such departments.
