The attritionon rate in India in 2023 was over 18 percent, a decrease from the previous year. Out of total attrition, four percent was involuntary. Attrition had reduced to over 12 percent during 2020 and reached a high of 21 percent during 2021 during the resignation wave post the pandemic.
