Between 2014 and 2023, the share of women working in equity partner positions at the top 10 UK law firms increased significantly. In 2023, this share reached 25 percent, an increase of roughly 13 percent when compared to 2014. Between 2022 and 2023, the share of women working in equity partner positions grew by 0.8 percent.
