In 2023, the most extensive usage of AI tools in the top law firms in the United Kingdom was developing a proprietary alliance with generative AI providers using their proprietary data and resources. Notably, however, the same percentage of law firms also said they had not yet done anything when it came to AI tool usage within their firms. None of the top firms reported that they had already rolled out training and educational programs on their features and use cases.
