The residential real estate price index in the National Capital Region (NCR) in the Philippines experienced a 9.7 percent growth in 2023 compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, housing units in areas outside NCR registered an 11.8 percent growth in comparison to the previous year. This figure represented the highest growth rate for this area during the given period of time.
